Unlike designing houses from scratch, finished townhouses, like apartments, are spaces that initially impose strict constraints on the designer, which must be taken into account. However, this makes the project work even more interesting. The task was to create a modern, stylish, technological, and easy-to-perceive contemporary space. It was decided not to follow standard zoning options, and here is what we came up with.

A modern functional kitchen that allows for concealing open storage areas and appliances creates a unified front made of incredibly beautiful veneered facade textures. We moved away from the standard backsplash design and used a bright softbox in the center of the kitchen, framed by a portal of large-format porcelain stoneware, which gave it lightness and originality. The cooking zone was placed on the island, allowing for a maximally large work surface.

An original solution for visually expanding the space is tinted glass and glossy dark surfaces, which create an incredible sense of depth. In contrast to the tinted glass, a deadwood arrangement in authentic concrete planters fits perfectly."
